Jack is the sole human adult in his family. he has a PhD in biochemical engineering and working in pharmaceutical development. He loves running and hiking. He is hard of hearing, and is a transman. he has a steel ball and socket armature, with cast silicone hands, and a 3d printed head. his body is padded with a foam interfacing and he has fabric skin suit.

His armature is made of a combination of steel joints and limbs and 3d printed chest and hip blocks. his joints are made used parts from Morezmore, with the rods and balls for the limbs being cut and soldered to fit his measurements. He has additional 3d printed muscle structures attached to his armature

eye rig

Jack's eye rig is 3D printed.  Each eye is clamped by 2 paddels. The eyes are 3d  printed with divots for the irises and pupils to be inserted, these are the filled in with UV resin and polished with Zam Polishing Compound. The eyes are posable.

hair

Jack's locs are made by wrapping cotton cording with embroidery thread; these are attached directly to his scalp, and his parts are detailed with wool roving. His scalp is detachable to allow for swappable hairstyles.

hearing aids and glasses

Jack is has progressive hearing loss and uses hearing aids. His hearing aids are 3d printed and use clear beading cord for the tubing. He has magnets on both in his ears and on the back of his ears for his hearing aids to attach to. Additionally he wears reading glasses, these glassed are printed in a mix of flexible resin and tough resin and attach to magnets behind his ears
